Countries

Where our spindles come from

The workshop is in Germany and that is the only place we repair spindles — we have no branch, warehouse or permanent staff anywhere else. What differs from country to country is the paperwork, the freight route and whether an on-site visit makes sense at all. The pages below set that out honestly for each market.

Countries and regions

Pick the market you are in. Each page covers the freight route, the customs situation and the machines we usually see from there.

Your country is not on the list

The list is where enquiries actually come from, not a limit. A spindle can be shipped to us from anywhere a freight forwarder operates. Tell us where the machine is and what it is doing wrong, and we will tell you whether shipping it here is sensible — including when it is not.
