About Our Workshop
We are a specialized, manufacturer-independent workshop dedicated entirely to the repair, rebuild and maintenance of CNC machine tool spindles.
Every spindle that comes through our doors — whether it is a compact tapping-center spindle from a small job shop or a heavy-duty turning spindle from a production line — receives the same disciplined process: full diagnostics, precision measurement, careful disassembly, and a rebuild that is checked against tight tolerances before it ever leaves our facility. We do not cut corners on bearings, balancing or documentation, because a spindle that fails again in three months costs our customers far more than the repair itself.
Unlike a machine tool dealer or a single-brand service center, we are not limited to one manufacturer's parts catalog or service network. Our technicians have hands-on experience across the full spectrum of CNC spindle technology — belt-driven, direct-drive and built-in motor spindles, mechanical and hydrostatic bearing systems, and control interfaces from Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain, Mitsubishi and other major suppliers. That breadth means we can take on spindles that other shops turn away, including older or discontinued models that no longer have OEM support.

Standard repairs typically take 5–10 business days from receipt of the spindle, depending on parts availability and scope of work. Expedited turnaround and our emergency loaner program can significantly reduce your downtime.
Yes. Our technicians travel to customer facilities worldwide — most commonly across Germany and Europe — for diagnostics, installation, alignment and commissioning. Alternatively, you can ship your spindle directly to our workshop in Germany.
Our repairs are covered for 12 months from acceptance under our terms — our workmanship and the parts we install. The exact scope of work is set out in your quote. Every unit is dynamically balanced and run-in tested before it leaves the workshop and ships with a test report.
