CNC spindles
Belt-driven and gear-driven spindles, cartridge, lathe, milling and grinding spindles: new, rebuilt or exchange.
Spare parts to order
CNC Spindle Service supplies spindles, motor spindles and spindle components for CNC machines of all makes. We identify the part from the nameplate or part number, source it on the European market, check it in our workshop in Sankt Augustin near Bonn and ship it to you anywhere in Europe and worldwide. You choose between new parts in original or equivalent quality, professionally rebuilt units and exchange spindles. If you prefer, we fit the part in our workshop, run the spindle in and balance it.
How it works
When a spindle stops a machine, the first job is finding the right part quickly. We work with spindles of all makes and source parts across the European market, from a set of spindle bearings or a seal kit to a complete motor spindle. Because our workshop handles spindles every day, we know which part numbers belong together and where equivalent parts with the same specification are available.
Every part arrives at our workshop first. We check it against your request and for completeness, and spindles and motors go through an incoming inspection. Then we ship it to you by courier or freight forwarder, or we fit it ourselves. Within the EU no customs paperwork is involved; for shipments outside the EU we help with the export and return documents.
You deal with one independent workshop for identification, supply and fitting. That keeps the path from enquiry to a running machine short and gives you one contact who understands both the part and the spindle it goes into.
Part groups
Each group has its own page with the parts we supply, the data we need for identification and answers to common questions.
Belt-driven and gear-driven spindles, cartridge, lathe, milling and grinding spindles: new, rebuilt or exchange.
Spindles with integrated motor for machining centres and woodworking machines, identified from the nameplate, rebuilt or exchanged.
Super-precision angular contact and hybrid bearings in matched sets with the right accuracy class and preload.
Asynchronous and synchronous main spindle motors, fans and sensors: new or rebuilt.
Spindle encoders, speed and position sensors, magnetic rings and cables for spindle drives and monitoring.
Drawbars, collets, disc spring packs and tool clamping parts for HSK, BT and SK interfaces.
Labyrinth and lip seals, O-rings, flingers and seal kits that keep coolant and swarf out of the bearings.
Rotary unions for through-spindle coolant and air, repair kits and mechanical seal pairs.
By machine brand
For the machine brands we see most often there are dedicated pages: which spindle units are fitted and what data we need to identify parts. Other makes are handled the same way, from the nameplate and photos.
Lathe and milling spindles, bearings, sensors and tool clamping units.
αiI/βiI spindle motors, spindle sensors, bearings and fans.
Built-in spindles of lathes and multi-tasking machines, tool clamping parts.
Motor spindles of milling centres, lathe spindles and clamping systems.
Milling and lathe spindles, bearings, drawbars and seals.
1FE motor spindles, 1PH motors, sensors and drive components.
ERM, ERN and ECN encoders, cables and sensors for spindles and axes.
Lathe and milling spindles, bearings and drive parts.
Vertical machining centre spindles, drawbars, bearings and seals.
Compact high-speed spindles, drawbars and bearings.
High-speed machining centre spindles and their components.
Spindle motors, sensors and spindle unit parts.
Motor spindles of 5-axis centres, clamping systems and rotary unions.
Motor spindles of milling centres, bearings, sensors and drawbars.
Machining centre and grinding machine spindles, bearings.
Electrospindles of woodworking centres, bearings, HSK-F63 clamping.
New and exchange HSD electrospindles, bearings, HSK F63 clamping, sensors.
Elte electrospindles, bearings, fans, ISO30 clamping and ER collets.
Further parts
Beyond the main groups we supply the smaller parts of the spindle unit and its periphery. Send a photo and the part number and we confirm availability in the quote.
Ordering
A photo of the spindle or motor nameplate, the part number, the machine model or a photo of the old part: any of these is a good start. You can also send the old unit to our workshop for exact identification.
We identify the part and the options available for it: new in original or equivalent quality, rebuilt or exchange.
You receive a written quote with the options, the price and the delivery time we confirm for your request. The decision is yours.
The part is checked in our workshop and shipped by courier or freight forwarder, or we fit it, run the spindle in and balance it.
Advantages
New parts in original or equivalent quality from the European market, sourced by a workshop that works on spindles every day.
Every part is received and checked in our workshop; spindles and motors go through an incoming inspection.
On request we fit the part, run in and balance the spindle and issue a measurement report.
Courier or freight forwarder to any address in Europe and worldwide, packed for the weight and size of the part.
Within the EU no customs formalities. For shipments outside the EU we help with export and return documents.
Part, shipping and optional fitting in one quote from one independent workshop.
Questions
Yes. You can order the part alone and fit it with your own maintenance team. If you prefer, we fit it, run the spindle in and balance it in our workshop.
Send photos of the unit from several sides, the dimensions of the mounting faces and the machine model, or send the old part to our workshop. We measure it and identify the matching part.
That depends on the job, the budget and the time available. The quote describes each option, including its origin and condition, and we recommend the one that suits your machine.
You receive a rebuilt spindle of the same type and return your worn unit to us. Whether an exchange unit for your model is available is confirmed in the quote.
Delivery time depends on the part and its source. We state it in the quote once availability is confirmed, and for urgent cases we look for the fastest available option.
Send a photo of the nameplate, the part number or the machine model and we put together the options and send you a quote. If repairing the unit is the better choice, we tell you that too: see our spindle repair services.
