CNC spindles to order: new, rebuilt and exchange
When a repair would take too long or the unit is no longer worth rebuilding, the quickest route back to production is a ready spindle. We source spindles for CNC machines of all makes on the European market: new, professionally rebuilt or on an exchange basis. Every unit is inspected in our workshop near Bonn before we ship it to you or fit it to the machine.
Range
Which machine spindles we supply
We match the spindle to the machine and the job, using the nameplate, the unit number, a drawing or the old spindle itself. Spindles with an integrated motor have their own page.
Belt-driven and gear-driven spindles
Mechanical spindles of milling machines and machining centres, where the motor drives through a belt or gearbox. We supply the unit together with pulley, drawbar and seals where needed.
Cartridge spindles
Complete replacement cartridges for vertical and horizontal machining centres, fitted into the headstock housing without re-engineering the machine.
Lathe spindles
Headstock spindle units and sub-spindles of lathes and turning centres, including spindles with a bar-feed bore.
Milling spindles
Spindles of vertical and horizontal milling machines, boring and facing units, and angle heads.
Grinding spindles
Spindles of cylindrical, surface and internal grinding machines, including high-speed designs.

New spindle
A new unit in original or equivalent quality with the same mounting dimensions and specification. The quote states which it is.
Rebuilt spindle
A professionally rebuilt unit: new bearings and seals, balancing, run-in and a report with the measured runout and vibration.
Exchange spindle
You receive a rebuilt spindle of the same type and your worn unit is taken in exchange. Availability is confirmed in the quote.

How to order a spindle
The more precise the data at the start, the faster we identify the unit. This is what helps most:

Nameplate and photos
Send a photo of the spindle nameplate, the machine model and photos of the unit. If the plate is unreadable, drawings or the old spindle will do.

We determine the exact type and look for a new, rebuilt or exchange unit on the European market.

Inspection, shipping, fitting
The spindle is inspected in our workshop and shipped by courier or freight forwarder, or we fit it, run it in and set it up on the machine.

Yes. A rebuilt spindle receives new bearings, balancing and a run-in, and we record runout and vibration in the report, so you see the actual values before fitting.
Changing the interface, for example from SK to HSK, is possible within the limits of the machine design. We check which options fit and propose a solution together with the clamping system.
