HSD Electrospindles and Spare Parts
We supply HSD electrospindles and their parts for machining centres, nesting machines and CNC routers — Biesse, Homag, SCM, Weeke, Holz-Her, Felder (Format-4), Masterwood, Busellato, Bacci and many routers built in Asia and Turkey. We identify the unit from the spindle plate, source it on the European market, check it in our workshop in Sankt Augustin, Germany, and fit and run it in on request.
Range
What we supply for HSD spindles
HSD S.p.A. in Italy, part of the Biesse Group, builds a wide range of electrospindles for woodworking machines and CNC routers, with HSK F63, HSK E, ISO30 or ER collet interfaces and air or liquid cooling. For each version we supply a complete unit or the individual parts.
HSD electrospindles
New, professionally rebuilt and exchange electrospindles — for example the ES 919, ES 929, ES 939, ES 950/951, ES 779/789 or ES 988 series — with the same interface and connections.
Bearings and seals
Hybrid bearings with ceramic balls from leading European makers, front labyrinth seals, rings and spacers for the specific type.
Tool clamping parts
HSK collets and grippers, drawbars, disc springs, pistons and seals of the unclamp cylinder, ER collets and nuts.
Sensors, fans, connectors
Clamp-state, tool-present and speed sensors, temperature sensors, cooling fans, cable connectors and the air fittings for taper cleaning.

From the spindle plate to a working spindle
The type and serial number on the HSD plate define everything: bearing arrangement, interface, connectors and sensors. That is where we start.

Send photos of the HSD plate, the machine builder's label if there is one, the taper and the connections. A part number or the old part works too.

We look for the original unit, new equivalents, a rebuilt or an exchange spindle.
