HSD electrospindle repair
Bearings, HSK F63 clamping, sensors, winding.
Spare parts · Homag, woodworking
Homag machining centres for wood, panels and furniture parts — Centateq, Venture, BMG and other series — are mostly fitted with electrospindles from the Italian maker HSD with an HSK F63 interface, while Benz aggregates and angle heads handle drilling, grooving and edge work. We source electrospindles, bearings, tool clamping parts, fans and sensors for these units on the European market, check them in our workshop in Germany and fit them on request.
Range
A woodworking electrospindle runs fast, changes tools constantly and lives in fine dust, so its service life depends on the bearings, the seals, the HSK clamping and the air cooling. We select the right parts for each of them.
New, rebuilt and exchange HSD electrospindles for Homag — including the ES 929 and ES 951 series — with the same interface, speed and power.
Angle heads, drilling and milling aggregates from Benz and their parts — bearings, gears, seals and HSK shanks.
Hybrid bearings with ceramic balls, front labyrinth seals and spacers matched to the exact spindle version.
HSK F63 collets and pistons, disc springs, cooling fans, inductive clamp-state sensors and speed sensors.
How to order
An electrospindle for Homag usually carries two labels: the HSD plate with its type and serial number, and the Homag part number. We use both for an exact match.
Photograph the HSD plate and the Homag part number label. If they are hidden, the machine nameplate with model and serial number is a good start.
Noise, heat, a clamping alarm or a tool that drops — this shows whether a complete spindle or individual parts is the right choice.
We set out the options; availability and delivery are confirmed in the quote.
We ship the part to you, or fit bearings or clamping parts in our workshop and run the spindle in on the bench.
Benefits
Many furniture and joinery shops run one or two CNC machines for the whole line. A spare spindle or a set of parts on the shelf keeps the order schedule intact.
HSD, Benz and Homag parts and equivalents from the European market — original or equivalent, stated in the quote.
An exchange HSD electrospindle gets the machine back to work sooner.
HSK taper runout, clamping force and sensors are checked before dispatch.
We fit the parts, balance the rotor and run the spindle in.
By courier or freight forwarder across Europe; inside the EU without customs paperwork.
New, rebuilt, exchange or single parts — each option in one written quote.

FAQ
The HSD type is a good basis, and the Homag part number confirms that connectors, sensors and settings match your machine. That is why we check both numbers.
Bearings, the HSK F63 collet and piston, the cooling fan and the clamp-state sensors. Wood dust wears these parts first.
Yes. For Benz angle heads and aggregates we source bearings, gears, seals and shanks by aggregate number.
Removal and installation on site are arranged through our on-site spindle service. Bearing, clamping or fan replacement is done in our workshop with a bench run-in.
Keep the taper and tool holders clean, check the air filters and make sure sealing air reaches the spindle. We tell you what is worth replacing together with the spindle.

Both numbers and a short description of the problem are enough. We identify the spindle and send you the options in a written quote.

We are independent and work with spindles of every builder. These are the makes whose spindles come across the bench most often.
