Elte Electrospindles and Spare Parts
We supply Elte electrospindles and their parts — bearings, ER collets and nuts, ISO30 and HSK F63 clamping parts, cooling fans and sensors. These air-cooled Italian electrospindles run on woodworking CNC routers and nesting centres from many machine builders. We identify the parts, source them on the European market, check them in our workshop in Sankt Augustin, Germany, and fit them on request.
Range
What you can order for Elte spindles
We offer four routes: new original parts, new equivalents from leading European makers, professionally rebuilt units and exchange spindles. After identification we tell you which one pays off. A new spindle suits a spare on the shelf; a rebuilt or exchange unit gets the machine running again quickly; individual parts suit a spindle in good condition that is due for planned replacement of worn components.
Elte electrospindles
New, rebuilt and exchange spindles with the same tool interface, power, voltage and mounting as your unit.
Bearings and seals
Spindle bearings from makers such as FAG, SKF, NSK or GMN in the right precision class, hybrid versions included, plus front seals and spacers.
Collets and clamping
ER collets and nuts, ISO30 and HSK F63 collets and drawbars, disc springs, pistons and seals of the unclamp cylinder.
Fans and sensors
Cooling fans, inductive clamp-state sensors, speed and temperature sensors, power connectors.
How to order
From the spindle plate to a working spindle
An Elte spindle is identified by its own plate, so that is where we start; the machine model helps confirm mounting and connectors. If the spindle is already removed, send it to our workshop and we identify the unit and the parts it needs on the bench.
