Toyoda Spindle Parts for Grinders and Machining Centres
Toyoda, part of the Japanese JTEKT group, is best known for grinding machines with precision spindles — some of them on hydrostatic bearings — and for the FH series of horizontal machining centres. These machines grind shafts, journals and bearing seats on engine, gearbox and drivetrain parts. We source wheelhead and machining centre spindles, bearings, seals and drive parts on the European market and fit them in our workshop in Germany.

A grinding wheelhead spindle and a machining centre spindle are built differently, so their spare parts differ too. We select parts by unit type:

Koyo bearings, also part of the JTEKT group, are often fitted in Toyoda spindles at the factory. We supply them or bearings of equal precision class from other leading makers.

Yes, we identify them from the machine documentation and the unit number. Oil cleanliness and the supply system matter a great deal on these spindles, so we recommend checking the filters and the pump unit along with the parts.
The factory often uses Koyo bearings from the same JTEKT group. We offer these or NSK, FAG or SKF bearings of equal precision class and preload.
Yes. We match high-speed electrospindles for internal grinding by mounting dimensions, speed and power, including units from European makers such as GMN or Fischer.
Heavy units travel by freight forwarder in a wooden crate with the shaft locked; lighter ones by courier. Within the EU no customs paperwork is needed, and for other countries we help with export and return documents.
Yes, for the FH horizontal centres we supply spindle units and individual parts, identified from the machine nameplate and the unit number.
